So i have the desktop app downloaded and i still for the life of me cant figure out how the interactive map works or to use it, is it supposed to show quests youve done and haven't done so far, supposed to show where on the map you are? cause i haven't figured out how to do any of that, infact only way i've done quests is manually inputing that ive done them instead of it seeing through the game what ive done ?.? am i doing something wrong lol

Hey @serene violet , thanks for reaching out! It doesn’t automatically track what you already have or what you’ve already found, so you’ll need to manually select and check each option you want to track. Let me know if you have anymore questions!
so how is it interactive when your playing is i guess what im trying to figure out
It’s an interactive map, meaning you manually interact with it to track your own progress, or you can use the live location feature to get a more accurate position for what you’re looking for. I think there may be some confusion between interactive and an automatic tracking or progress system.
i cant seem to get the live location to work though, i have it downloaded on my pc for desktop use and can open it with alt-w while in game but it still says i have to download and launce it that way even though i did

Reinstall
- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand
i just installed it a few days ago and haven't been able to access live tracking since install so thought it was bugged
