Tried quite a few times to pay for yearly pro subscription but it failed

I've tried quite a few times already to pay for a pro subscription and it just kept saying payment failed despite my payment through iDeal going through (albeit 0.01 cents instead of the full payment) now i've done this several times and I still don't have access to PRO, but I am also afraid because I have done this a few times i'll get duplicate charges for this.

iDeal is my only way of paying so I can't exactly try another method, and im at a loss what to do now especially considering I did get the confirmation email a few times that charges will be made... What do I do? I just want PRO to work.

also yes I am aware I was dumb for retrying the payment thing after each attempt, but it said on the webpage that payment failed but then on my bank acc it showed the 0.01 cent payments going through. I Also still DO not have access to PRO even after all that.
