I got signed out Monday night after reinstalling on Sunday and using it on my pc. I tried to sign in only to have it say all my credentials are wrong. Even if I did input the correct password. I reset my pc, uninstalled and redownloaded the application, and then reached out to the email support. The first time I did talk to someone from the support team (I believe Erwin?) and I did everything asked of me, to which lead to nothing. I reached out today and was met with the same automated response with no help. This issue has been going on for the last 2 days. I would like any sort of help on this issue. Thank you in advanced.

Can you try this workaround?

Go ahead and reinstall Wand (by following the instructions below) then open it again.

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
