Hey! Your antivirus software may be causing interference with Wand. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Whitelist Wand folders in your antivirus
a) Open your antivirus software
b) Navigate to the Exceptions, Exclusions, or Whitelist section (wording may vary depending on your antivirus program)
c) Add the following two folders:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand
d) Save and apply the changes in your antivirus settings
Step 2: Disable the New Wand Overlay
a) Open the Wand app
b) Click on Settings
c) Go to the Customization tab
d) Find the option "Enable New Wand Overlay"
e) Turn this option OFF (disable it)

I'm still having the exact same problem. I already followed all the steps one by one (I don't have any other antivirus besides Windows Defender), the error is still there and it only happens with Fallout New Vegas. Other Xbox/PC Game Pass games like Silksong or Doom: The Dark Ages work perfectly fine, and I don't have any issues with Steam or Epic either.
