this is my third post to try and get this issue resolved, i have emailed support, was told by support to send another email on a different account to get ownership xfered.... which brought me back too the end of the line insteead of just staying in contact with me and resolving the issue then and there. i am on day 3 of not being able to use the app i pay for... at this point someone delete my account so i can just make a damn new one already... my patience with this bs support system is beyond strained.
