Forgot pw function is not sending change pw email | Wand (WeMod) | Page 1

I posted 14hrs ago bc wand auto logged me out and pc forgot my log in info after an update. I have uninstalled wand and reinstalled. I have used the forgot pw function 6 -10 times and have yet to receive a change pw email. And the only response from wand support has been an auto generated email. Can some please manually send the change password email already this is getting ridiculous.

Waiting over 16 hours for a change pw issue is crazy….. any other online service would have this issue resolved in minutes
