i tried to start up my wand app and was logged out and told i have to log in to accept terms and conditions. for whatever reason my computer didnt auto sign in. and ive been trying to reset my pw for the last 45 mins and have yet to receive the reset email.
cant get into app for support and i am now waiting with my thumb you know where

Can you also try to perform a clean reinstall of the app as well.
Reinstall
- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

i reinstalled and it still giving me the same issue and i cant find my peice of notepad with the pw. ive used the forgot password function again and i have yet to recieve an email for the pw change
and the app tells me there is an account with my email so i know i didnt spell it wrong
