I dont have the pro role.

Pro Role

To receive your Pro role, link your Discord account to Wand on the Connections Page.

If you have already connected it try disconnecting it and trying again.

I did that

It gave me the role for 1 min

Then took it back off

I see an account already paired, can you confirm your pro username.

Its same as my discord name

Please disconnect the account, wait for the members tag to disappear then try again.
