So I used the trainer to fully upgrade my tools early I guess. Well now there is a main story mission to upgrade to a grade below what I have my tools at and it wont let me complete it! Am I going to have to start over?? What can I do??

Trainer Info

To assist you better, could you please share a few details? Feel free to skip a question if you've already shared the info.

-Where did you purchase the game?
-Are you using any other mods alongside Wand?
-Are you playing in single-player or multiplayer mode?
-Do you see any error messages?
-Which specific mod options aren’t working for you?

  1. Steam 2. No 3. single player. 4. No 5. Not a matter of them not working.

Hey @finite jay Thanks for the info! I haven’t played this game myself, so I’m not too familiar with it but how far are you into the main story? Just a few minutes in, or a couple of hours?

Also, are you familiar with locating your game saves? If possible, we’d love to get a copy of your save for our testers to help us replicate the issue more accurately. If you need help creating a zipped copy of your save folder, just let me know I’d be happy to walk you through it.

If you’re less than an hour into the game, it might be quicker to start over unless you’d prefer to wait and see what we can uncover on our end. Let us know what works best for you! We will submit this for review regardless.

Okay 🙂 Depending on your version of Windows, you can usually right-click on the desktop, select New, and then choose Folder to create one.

Once that folder is created, open File Explorer and navigate to the following path:
C:\Users\[Your Name]\AppData\Local\FaeFarm

If you don’t see the AppData folder, it may be hidden by default. You can reveal it by enabling “Hidden items” in the View tab of File Explorer.

Once you’ve located the game save folder, you can either make a copy of the entire folder or just the contents inside it. Simply right-click the folder or files, select Copy, and then paste them into the new folder you created earlier. Let me know if you need help zipping the folder or sharing it!

Right click it, and compress it to a zipped folder.

#

Once that is done then upload it here, If you get targeted by the bot ill unmute you but you will have to email us the folder to support@wand.com if possible (or try to dm).

Perfect, I’ll forward that to the team and see if they’re able to use the save and to replicate the issue. I’ll reach out as soon as I hear back from them. Thanks again!

Hey @finite jay We’ve acknowledged the bug and are planning to update our notes. We’re also looking into whether we can fix your save, though we can’t make any promises at this time.
