@candid mountain You are on an older client you will need to uninstall it and reinstall the new one
Reinstall
- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
Looks like something on your system is blocking the cloudfare Authentication steps.
Did you follow all the steps provided earlier? Even restarting?
Are you russian by chance?
Yes What do you need to use VPN for?
I believe russia has blocked cloudfare
I will confirm with the team but yes try to use a VPN and see if it makes any difference.

Hey @candid mountain It looks like Russia is still blocking Cloudflare. You’ll need to try using a VPN to access the service. If that doesn’t work, unfortunately, there won’t be much we can do from our end in terms of support.
