Im just wondering when i get a game on game pass it says no mods yet when searched on google (Wemod "Game") you do have mods/trainers for it. my question is, if the same game is on 2 different platforms (Steam, Game Pass) is there only support for one platform a game

because different sources are in different locations, and, different sources use different apps, it may be "the same game" but, the actual executable may not be. you can try telling it to manually add it, and see if the mods for one vs the other actually work, but, I've found more often than not gamepass games don't work with steam mods because of permissions in the way microsoft handles xbox app game installations (regardless of how you've gotten access whether purchased or via gamepass)
