I am writing to request an immediate refund for a subscription charge of $50 that just occurred on my account.

I was simply checking my account status and subscription options when the transaction was processed accidentally using my previously saved card details. I did not intend to renew or upgrade my subscription.

I have not used any of the Pro features associated with this subscription. Please cancel this transaction and issue a full refund to my card.

I have been a subscriber since 14th December 2024 and I was completely satisfied with my previous status/plan. I had absolutely no intention to upgrade or change my subscription.
