Hi guys, i just new installed the wand and its pretty good when i play with live location on app its very helpful in game its taking screenshots ok but i cant turn it off mods every second takes screenshot when i tried to disable it, so and it still taking screenshots i tried so much options i restrared my pc, reinstall wand ,reinstall eft and when i try alt+tab key comb. it ends but my issue not solved yet and i check the wand's support page i cannot find about anything my issue. thats all and thanks for help if you need any info just leave a comment.

Hey @keen stump Sorry for the late response, I'm reaching out to my dev team for some more information about this as we haven't received similar complaints as of yet. I know you mentioned you have tried reinstalling but please try these steps again and let me know if the problems persist.

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
