Hi @hollow fiber, can you login and out of the app? That usually refreshes things and gets it to appear.
If that doesn't work, then kindly reinstall the app.
Reinstall
- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
do all these steps one by one and still the same problem
