Ive even gotten an email yesterday about the name switch to wand but am unable to forget password

I paid for a life time subscription years ago and really just want access to my account again

Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:

Uninstall Wand
Delete these folders:

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Restart your PC
Download fresh from https://wand.com/download

We’ve never offered lifetime Pro accounts. Users with lifetime Diamond were granted a few years of Pro access as a bonus, but that access expired several years ago.
