I’m contacting you because I accidentally subscribed to the Pro annual plan (Black Friday offer). I did not intend to make this purchase, and I only wanted to keep a monthly subscription, not a yearly one.

Could you please issue a refund for this accidental transaction and switch my account back to a monthly plan?
