I've been playing Astroneer and wanted to look at what "Easy Suit Craft" does. Now every 1st item in any crafting recipe is 0 which allows for crafting stuff for free. The only problem is that this remained after turning Wand (formerly WeMod) off.

  • I bought the game on steam
  • I don't use any other mods or trainers, I just downloaded Wand quickly to avoid death
  • I'm playing single player
  • There is no error message, only the permanent damage to the game save
  • Easy Suit Craft causes this.

I've added both the trainer support and the app support tags because:

  • the app offers a switch (which ideally should revert/turn off the option)
  • it causes damage in-game.

Thanks for that info! Are you able to provide us with a copy of your game save files? You can find them here:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Astro\Saved\SaveGames

Just copy the files, place them into a folder, and compress (zip) it before uploading here. This will help us look into the issue more closely.

Discord or the bot might flag it sometimes 😅 compressing it just makes it easier for us to pass it along too. But no worries either way!

Compression doesn't avoid detection (unless password protected). At least that's what I thought.
