Can login on website, can't login on app

When I try to login on the app it tells me my password is invalid. I know it's not because I can login on the website. I did do a change password to what it's supposed to be, and I still cannot login on the app even though I can login with the same password on the website.

• Make sure Wand is updated to the latest version

Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:

1. Uninstall Wand
2. Delete these folders:

• C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
• C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

3. Restart your PC
4. Download fresh from https://wand.com/download
