Hello, I'm having issues with logging in, I've tried to reset the password twice, which seemed to work both times but the moment I enter it in the login is just denies it..
Does anyone know how to fix it?

You are on an older client, you will need to uninstall that version and upgrade to the latest

Trouble Logging In

Having trouble logging in? Try these steps:

Quick fixes:

Turn off any VPN you're using
Make sure Wand is updated to the latest version
Reset your password here: https://www.wand.com/forgot

Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:

Uninstall Wand
Delete these folders:

C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Restart your PC
Download fresh from https://wand.com/download
