Has there been a fix for the app not loading on pc?

I turn off my anti virus like it said to do but it still doesn’t work would like to keep using the app but don’t see a point in keeping it as of right now #1223700275001561129

Reinstall

1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
2. Find and delete these folders:
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
   -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
3. Restart your PC.
4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Hey @dreamy swan Can you give reinstalling another try and are you able to load the app at all or is it just the trainer itself that wont load.

the app loads but i get the "error occured while loading wand" message i delete the files and try re downloading but the app never shows up in my recent downloads after

Hey Quazy, Are you able to provide us a screenshot where that appears and is anything being flagged by your antivirus?

No every time I check the antivirus it sais no issues found I have the app marked to be allowed the the firewall still does not work and when I delete the app and all of its files it won’t open after re-downloading it
