Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:
- Uninstall Wand
- Delete these folders:
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
- Restart your PC
- Download fresh from https://wand.com/download

Ok the fix was to uninstall WeMod and do a fresh Wand Install (Wand for some reason decided to just launch Wemod when I installed Wand)
