Have you followed the prelaunch steps that were shown when you clicked play the first time?

it doesn't show anything about the steps when i click on it let me show you

before it rebranded to wand before we start the game there will be advice there to show what we suppose to do but now i went to forum and saw we had to change the EAC launcher

ooh the rebranding looks good but some qol were changed so didn't managed to see it until now
