Please try to find and remove any Wand-related files from your PC. Also, delete Wand from the AppData directory and Squirrel from the temp folder. Then, restart your computer and attempt to reinstall.

Download and install the Wand offline installer: https://wand.com/download

Then try running the installer as an administrator to give it the necessary permissions. See if it helps.

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
