I asked for help logging in. I asked on the support page. And just got an automated reply acknowledging the gripe. Then I came here asking for help.
“I can’t log in. Tried password recovery, but it says my email doesn’t exist? I’ve tried the support link, and just receive an automated “we gotcha” email. I just got charged another $70 for a service I can’t use. This is getting frustrating.”
Trying to get help again. Trying for anything resembling a human being to help me get into my account. What I got was another automated replay saying I need to talk yo someone else for billing questions.
I JUST WANT ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT.
