Hello, I tried emailing your support team but I didn't get much help.

I noticed an unauthorised charge on my bank account for 118.74 BAM (around $69) on November 12th 2025, listed as “WEMOD WEMOD PRO; WAND.COM”*.

I did not subscribe to WeMod Pro, and I did not authorise this transaction. Honestly this is my first time hearing about you so I don't know how this happened.
I hope for a cancelation and a full refund if possible.
