I am writing to request a cancellation and refund for a recent charge.
I was using the Free Plan on my account and I distinctly remember clicking the cancellation button. However, I have been charged again.
Please look into this matter and confirm the cancellation and process a refund.

If a full refund is not possible due to your company policy, I would like to request an alternative solution.
Please calculate the remaining amount after deducting the fee for one month's subscription and process a prorated refund for that remaining period.

I cancelled the Pro subscription and even completed the exit/cancellation survey. I do not understand why the payment was processed.
