Are the mods for Enshrouded currently bugged? Is there something that I need to do in order to get them to work, or is it just a matter for the creators of the mods to update them?

Yes.

Those are there because the trainer was recently tested and those options were found to either not work or cause issues in the game. They’ve been temporarily disabled while it’s in queue for an update.
