I tried creating a troubleshooting ticket through the WeMod app, but it came up with an error saying there was an issue creating it and to contact support directly — so I’m reaching out here.

I’ve been having a serious issue with my game constantly crashing whenever I have WeMod open, even if no mods are actually activated. The moment I start playing, the game either freezes or crashes completely, and when that happens, it doesn’t just crash the game — it causes my entire PC to lock up. I can’t move my mouse, open Task Manager, or even bring up the Windows panel to restart. The only way to fix it is to physically unplug my PC and force a hard reset.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far to troubleshoot the problem:

Verified the integrity of the game files through Steam.

Checked for any antivirus programs that might interfere (none active).

Confirmed that my VPN is off.

Reinstalled both the game and WeMod.

Updated all my drivers, including GPU and chipset.

Checked Windows for updates and installed everything available.

Tried running both the game and WeMod as administrator.

Disabled overlays (like Steam and Discord) to rule out interference.

Lowered in-game settings and made sure my system isn’t overheating.

Despite all that, the issue keeps happening — even when I’m not running any mods at all, just having WeMod open in the background seems to trigger it. It’s becoming really frustrating because it makes my PC completely unusable whenever it happens.

For context, my setup runs other games and apps perfectly fine, so I don’t think it’s a hardware or performance issue. The crashes only occur when WeMod is open, which makes me think it’s related to how it interacts with the game or with my system some

for Context the game I'm playing is DYING LIGHT 2 and Dying light the beast
