We're having trouble starting or finding your open game. But the game is open and running in the background. Xbox is marked as installed.

Hey! Have you tried launching the game initially and waiting until you can freely navigate within the game world before opening the mods by clicking PLAY on the Wand app? If that doesn’t work, try launching the game first, and once you are on the main menu, open the mods by clicking PLAY again.

AV Exception

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

Hey @native shell, did you try manually adding the game on the trainer?

#

If so, try removing the Custom game .exe and then reinstalling both the game and the Wand app to see if the game is detected automatically. Just make sure to load the game fully first as this helps in automatically detecting it too.

I downloaded and installed the game and the wand from scratch again, but it still doesn't work. I can't add the game as custom either. I have been dealing with this problem for 3 days. How do we solve it?

#

I turned off the firewall and even allowed the wand, there is nothing else I can do.

Thanks for recording! Could you disable the Enable New Wand Overlay via settings>Customization and check if issue persists?

Hey @wary ingot , we haven’t had any luck reproducing these issues. The trainer is currently in queue since two options weren’t working. Once it’s updated, you can try again to see if that helps, but it’s likely something on your end is blocking the trainer. Could you also provide your game’s build ID?

I’m playing on Xbox, and my current game version shows as 1.0.7.0

Sorry @native shell Thought you were on the steam version for some reason. This has been submitted for review to see if we can replicate your issues.

Currently, the trainer is #49 in the queue for updating. You can view the queue list by navigating to Upcoming within the Wand app. If you want to receive a notification once the trainer has completed its update, hit the Notify me button on the trainer within the Wand app. Also, if you’re a Pro member, you can influence its queue status using Boost.
