Are you using any VPNs? also, have you tried reinstalling the WeMod app? Just follow the steps below and you should be all set.

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall WeMod.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall WeMod by downloading from: https://api.wemod.com/client/download
