Used app not too long ago, but after a few new online only game releases I haven't touched it. Tonight I tried to play some good old offline titles but WeMod app just won't start at all. Not showing off in the background processes, wont show any animation, tried to launch as an administrator... just nothing happens at all.

Hey! Please try to find and remove any WeMod-related files from your PC. Also, delete WeMod from the AppData directory and Squirrel from the temp folder. Then, restart your computer and attempt to reinstall.
Download and install the WeMod offline installer: https://api.wemod.com/client/download
Then try running the installer as an administrator to give it the necessary permissions. See if it helps.

Thanks for the reply, pretty much got rid of everything, but lost you on a "Squirrel" part. Which directory this one at?
