Unable to redeem free Nitro

I did everything you need to do:
Having a account for at least 6 weeks (Have it from april);
Playing at least 2 games trough the clint (played 3);
Not living in Syria, Ukraine, Russia, Iran, and North Korea (I'm from Italy).
The only thing I did is I installed the client today, if that is a problem.
But there isn't any option to redeem the free Nitro.
I can give any information that is required, just ask.
