I tried giving access to the firewall also, reinstalling wemod and i don't have any antivirus on my pc. Help me with this

From the Steam. Actually it was working well, before the wukong update.

Can you ensure the latest version is selected, if so can you double check you have followed these steps precisely.

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall WeMod.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
Restart your PC.
Reinstall WeMod by downloading from: https://api.wemod.com/client/download

AV Exception

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

I followed all these steps now, like reinstalling, addeing exclusion and also my version is latest. still i face the same issue. its only loading
