hello i seem to be having issues with the nitro promo and i am not sure why. My account is 8 years old so i meet the 6 weeks requirement and i upgraded to pro but i cant find any option to redeem anything i have tried logging in and out etc but no luck any help is appreciated.

If you cancel the trial, the rewards page should appear once the trial period ends as long as you meet all the necessary requirements.

mmmm ok so if i cancel the trial i can claim the free user reward in 3 days after trial expires? or if i pay now the pro reward should appear?
