The only Option that doesn't work is Unlimited Health. My Character and Companions still take damage and our HP still decreases instead of freezing (Quintus HP drop from 35 to 30 as an example) with the Unlimited Health Option Turn On

Easy Kill Works, Unlimited Skill Point Works, Unlimited Weight and Unlimited Item in Inventory works.

@fathom carbon thanks for the update on the Dungeon Rat Trainer Testing. Questjon did they test the unlimited Health while also turning on Easy Kill option.

So what I did was Enabling Easy Kill and Unlimited Health at the same time thinking that unlimited health would keep my guys from being One Hit Kill like the enemy. But It did not work. So I reloaded the save and turn off easy kill and keep unlimited Health on. That is when the HP of Quintus started to drop once he was hit by an enemy arrow

I believe they also tested the unlimited health while easy kill is turned on.

I wanted to suggest a potential workaround. If the game has a save slot feature, you could try creating a new save game and then attempt to use the trainer to see if it works.
