Ok, well, I verified my details before I contacted you. And I can log into the webpage with no problems, but the app still says incorrect username/password.
Guess I'm going to email.
Ok, so while I'm waiting on support to answer my email, I have changed my password, used the new password to log into the website with no issues, uninstalled and reinstalled Wemod, and I can log into the website with no probnlems at all, but the app just says username/password incorrect. I have verified that I am using the correct details, and the incorrect username/password still comes up in the app. I even checked to make sure my payment went through, and it did, at the end of September. I even checked my firewall to make sure it wasn't blocking anything. Still nothing changing.
