I’ve been reading about if there is any risk to using WeMod in payday and so far I’ve seen there isn’t but I did see a few ppl say you get marked as a cheater and aren’t able to play with others but I think that was only for those using a dlc unlocker ?
Will I get marked as a cheater if I only use the add money and xp / infamy in solo and then at some later time go play with my friends ?

idk if i have any true help in this because i don't play payday 2, but i will use the precaution/give advice based on what i have learned with me using wemod for Hello Kitty Island Adventure:
with how hard games crack down on mods in multiplayer, the advice i was given is to take it very slow. for example, for HKIA, i don't bite off more than i can chew. i use the mods in a way that will increase my items by 100 or less over a period of time. i am mindful of ensuring wemod is completely closed before entering multiplayer. and i NEVER gift/trade more than what could possibly be flagged, especially for new items related to any update/DLC/live event.
perhaps, in your case, is to use the add exp very slowly, as well as adding money over a period of time (using good judgment) to ensure you have no risk in being flagged.
