WeMod clips not getting processed...

i wanted to enter the BL4 giveaway, but my clips simply aren't getting processed so i can't share the link
I waited for like 2 hours yesterday, decided to try this morning as well, but to no avail
they are just stuck on the processing phase for some reason
any help would be highly appreciated

I just tried mine and it worked fine. Have you tried lowering the video quality and length? You can find this under Settings > Videos.

is 1080p, 60 seconds too much?

i can lower the quality, but not the length

otherwise the clip would become pointless

welp... time to record the same clip for the 100th time, yay

1080p for 60s isn’t too much, I tested the same settings and didn’t encounter any issues. could be something with how it’s getting encoded on your side. maybe try lowering the quality just to see if that helps.

got it to work by playing the game in windowed mode

looks like this clipping feature isn't very suitable for older games

Hey Linko, We've had our testers try to replicate these recording issues throughout the game but everything has been working fine for us. Have you since tried reinstalling WeMod since?

to be clear, this only happened in sr4
i tried clipping other games recently and that turned out fine
