You can't be in a trial for the pro nitro promo, and because you're in a trial you aren't considered a free user, once the trial ends you should become eligible for the free one (1 month) or if the trial converts to full pro the 3-month one should unlock

Looks like it was made a few hours ago, you gotta give support time to respond, they're working on many channels (email, forums, here, etc.) the promotion runs until January for redemption, no need to stress if it doesnt pop up immediately
