Logged out and can't sign in?!?!

I went to open wemod yesterday and it was signed out. When attempting to sign back in it kept saying my emails where not the correct ones. I only use 2 different emails for sites so as to not get confused. If one doesn't work try the other in this case neither of my emails were working. I had to create an account yesterday using said emails but I was charged my monthly fee of $8.55 even though i have no access to that account?
