I got the message for nitro and did the link. The code did not appear. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still didn't appear

i followed the email link, it took me to a webpage, then i clicked on claim and it brought up Wemod, but nothing appeared.

yes, nothing is appearing on it. the weblink brought up the app automatically when i clicked on claim but there was nothing on it to claim on the app
