What just happen?

Just a moment ago, im using the app. then i closed it.
after few minutes, im open it again. but dont know how, suddenly my acc got kicked out from the app. so i need to input my username and pass again. but since im forgot about the password, im reset it.
after reset the password, i try to login again. but all of my collection games has gone.
