All other mods work in online lobbies with people asides from xp. Does infinite xp not work online like the other mods do?

That is correct. Mods that apply to others are disabled in co-op.

all the other mods seem to apply. its just xp isnt working like before and doesnt seem to exist anymore in prior mod versions
