#After pressing Play on Wemod the running games stutter

Hello everyone!
I got a recent problem with 2 games. Tiny Tina Wonderland and Death Stranding 1. As soon as the game is running and I am pressing the play button on wemod, the games start to stutter. The games stutter all the time and I cant stop it, even if I stop wemod from "playing" the stutter remains. My FPS is capped on 65 and the fps never changes. Also before I play with wemod the game runs smooth as soft skin. I tried Borderlands 3 recently and its very weird, this game just runs without problems under wemod control. Does anyone got ideas? I'm launching the games via Epic Games, and atm I got really no clue what the problem is.
My PC is also a very good one, 32 gb, RTX 4080, 7800x3d. Please can anyone help fast? I am so frustrated 🙂

1.Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall WeMod.
2.Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\WeMod
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
3.Restart your PC.
4.Reinstall WeMod by downloading from: https://api.wemod.com/client/download

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
- C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod

  • C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

Hey @zinc burrow Please give those steps a try, and if possible, keep an eye on your Task Manager (or any other performance monitoring tool you use) to watch for fluctuations when WeMod starts. You can also check the Event Viewer for any error logs that might point to what’s causing the stuttering.

Ok I solved it, I dont know if its a solution for everyone, but I'm telling you so maybe it can help someone else. I upgraded to an 1440p Monitor and my FPS was capped to 65 fps. It seems that I will get stutter when its capped at 65, I changed the fps to 120 and now it runs smoothly. I dont know why, but this helped.
