Malwarebytes did a quick scan and it came back as "Malware-ai" i deleted it but I been using wemod for years and previously had no detections till now.
I do not use third party trainers or trainers outside wemod.

Malware ai just means their AI detection flagged it. The trainer is safe to use and the result is a false positive
