App instantly closes after the game started

as the title said, when I pressed the "start" button from WeMod, shortly after doing that, the app suddenly closes instantly without any warnings or something

I bought the game from steam (it is BlazBlueEntropyEffect)
I did not use any other mods except WeMod
I play on offline mode (which is singleplayer)
I don't know if there's any specific mod that I can't use as the app instantly closes right after I started the game from WeMod (or the app)

and it happened multiple times
I tried to reinstalling the app, it didn't work

is there anything you can suggest so I can use the mods as intended? also thank you for responding, I appreciate it

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
- C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod

• C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

Okay, I've did this, and tried to open the game three times from the app again yet WeMod still closes instantly

Could you disable the Enable New WeMod Overlay via settings>Customization and check if issue persists?
