The app on android currently escapes out of the safe area so the back button can't be pressed. System back doesn't do anything so there's no way around it.

Thanks, I’ve reached out to the team. In the mean time have you tried adjusting any scaling options or is the size set above default, and if any accessibility features Magnification, Bold/High contrast text are on?

Everything is at default, I have tried adjusting scaling and font size etc before posting, nothing worked unfortunately

No worries I'm working around it by split screening the app but it's not ideal so thought I'd reach out, honestly just enabling system back button would be a lovely QoL improvement

Hey @opaque furnace I've heard back from the dev team! This is a known bug with Android 16 that Google has already addressed. The fix will roll out in the next Android update over the coming days to a week, so once that update is installed the issue should resolve itself.
