Mods disabled?

I played dying light and i noticed some of mods that i had hours ago disapeared after relaunch of the game (mods in queastion are pause timer, switch to day etc)As you can see in pictures you will see that mod say there is 38 mods but when you look at the mod there is only 23 avaliable...

Hey @gaunt wyvern The options you are not seeing are under our precision mod filters. It would be the icon with the yellow marker provided on your photo.
