i tried three of them but its still not working, i tried launching the game first and then the mod but it didnt work too

Can you try removing the manually added .exe and let WeMod find it automatically? Then, launch the game first and click Play once it has loaded.

Try removing the added .exe then verify the game files on Steam.

Go to your library, then right-click the game. Select Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files.
Wait for the process to finish.
Restart your PC.
Start the game on Steam and load your game save.
Wait until you can move in the game.
Launch the WeMod app and check if it detects the game automatically, then click Play.
