Borderlands 3 super loot rate mod

The super loot rate mod will not engage when clicked .. is it an issue with the mod or my game? I have tried activating it before I load the game.. after game is loaded.. I tried stopping we mod then relaunching it and trying to activate it nothing works... any help will be appreciated maybe there is something I haven't tried
